Located just a short 10-minute drive away from major shops and restaurants, and only 20 minutes from the Disney area, our villa offers both seclusion and convenience. With comfortable accommodations for up to 9 guests, including a luxurious master bedroom with a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom, as well as two other bedrooms with queen beds and a fourth bedroom with bunk beds and a twin bed, our home is the ideal setup for families or groups. The living area is the perfect place to unwind with a plush sectional sofa, plasma TV/DVD, and a pool view. Our well-equipped kitchen and dining area with seating for 8 provide the perfect space for family meals. Step outside and indulge in the beautiful Florida weather in our screened-in pool area. Lounge chairs and a patio table set make it the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. Towels and linens are provided for your convenience. Other things to note - 🏊 Pool/Spa heating is an additional $25 per day if stay is less than 7 days or $125 per week if staying 7+ days. Heating must be requested and will be added as a separate charge after booking but just be requested before start of booking date - Absolutely NO SMOKING of ANY kind on premises. 🚭 A $500 fee will be incurred after checkout if there is ANY evidence, odor, or signs of smoking.
